HOW DO I BOOK IN?

To book in, all you need to do is pay the £30 non refundable booking fee. This will secure your date in my diary and the session fee will be deducted from your balance. Remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

 My studio is on the whole ground floor of my home which as a separate entrance from my home, which is located through the side black gate located at the front of my house. I use to rooms for my sessions It isn't the biggest space but its perfect for what i do.  Parents will be included in my sessions to capture some lovely connections with your kids. Please keep this in mind before you book as this is my vision for my family sessions.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

All you need to bring to the session is the outfits for your session. you are welcome to bring a couple of outfits for kids if you wish but please bear in mind you have a small window with children before they get fed up and have reached their limit, and the session only last one hour which cuts into your session time.

WHAT SHOULD I/WE WEAR?

What you wear will ultimately make or break your images. I advise clients to stick to very simple clothing and white. This fits perfectly with my minimal style to create more timeless less fussy images. Please *AVOID fussy patterns,  logos, bright bold colours, stripes etc. Mums, i want you to be comfortable for your photos. Some of my favourite items of clothing for mums is long sleeve knit jumpers/cardigans, linen tops/shirts, floaty dress etc. Anything loose fitting so you are more relaxed and enjoy having photos taken. With my more laid back style, you don't have to get overly dressed up , just come comfortable. Dads should stick to plain t shirts, long sleeve tops, shirts or thin wool jumpers. Linens shirts also photograph well and Black/brown trousers photograph well. For the kids, again go with white dress or tops. For Boys, white t shirt or shirt, knitted jumpers with trousers or linen shorts work great. Zara and h&m are great go to's for kids clothing for sessions.

*Mums, just a friendly reminder that if you wear fake tan, your skin tone will be much warmer/orange toned than your partner/family/newborn, so please bare this in mind as it can not be edited at a later date*

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SESSION?

After your session, you will receive a sneak peek either privately or on my social media that is up to you, I do really appreciate if you do let me share your images as it really helps me get more business.  You will then be sent a viewing gallery approximately 6-7 weeks after your session which will be sent via email, once you recieve your full gallery please download all your images and back them up onto a USB to keep them safe.

Jennifer King Photography is based in Larne Northern Ireland. I work from my house with a separate studio from my property and its perfect for my sessions.
